Multiple Stages Updated and tips for Screen Ratio auto fit

I'm suffering from the different screen ratio problem
As we all know 1280x720 (16:9) is the default resolution of Mugen 1.0
and I have a Dell Laptop which have a  1280x800 (16:10) display and my LCD monitor is also 16:10
16:9 Laptop and LCD monitor is not that common here. only flat TV's are all 16:9

during the time I use Mugen 1.0 RC8 I enjoyed all 720p stages on my 16:10 display with black bar auto added by Mugen it self.  but When I downloaded the latest Mugen 1.0 (Not RC) something changed.
Mugen 1.0 will no longer display the black bars for me but stretch the image from 1280:720 to 1280:800. the Aspect Ratio changed. all Character looks taller than before and the FPS was extremely low which is not good and unacceptable for me. but I don't want to switch back to RC8 So I have to change my Stages to fit the New Mugen 1.0

I can't just make the stage work for one resolution because I have 2 PCs. 1 Laptop is 16:10 and a HTPC which connected to my 16:9 tv. So the stage should work for both screen ratio.

(some ppl like to make several defs for a single stage but I don't like this way. If I change my laptop I'll be in big trouble)

--------------------------TIPs-----------------------------
How to make it
1. Make sure you have overdrawhigh =120 and overdrawlow = 120 at Camera section

If you are making a SuperJump stage use a 4:3 local coordinates.
for example Parse's GuileHD Stage
the original Localcoord is 1280x720 now change it to 1280x960 which is 4:3
them change the zoffset at StageInfo section if the old value is 650 now put 890 (650+240) as a new value

all BG Elements should add 240 to there Y Axis
If the Background is not high enough make it higher

save the sff and def
you stages should work fine on any 4:3 resolution like 640x480 800x600 or 1280x960
them you can check on any 16:9 16:10 screens it should work fine too.

If you are facing a Non-SuperJump stage. (The background image is not high enough) you may have to add black bars manually. and set the Localcoord as a 16:9 screen ratio.and add black bars manually

you can use my launch window as a example.

Its nice of you to explain things, but there's no way in hell Noobs will ever be able to keep up with your explanations.

Simply put, provide different .def files with your releases. Like for example:

- Stage.def
- Stage_1280p.def
- Stage_480p.def
- etc. etc. etc.def
