liths main function was running cotm so we def need a suitable replacement for that. in that vein i recommend @gui0007: as he has been voluntarily running the nimination threads.for mod work, i feel the current team can suffice but we can always use the extra help- because lith was a decently active mod. so ambivalent about that

I don't think we need more manpower atm, there aren't that many reports a day and up to five of us can be online at the same time. We do need that local mod for COTM, though. Are we still gonna run SOTQ? It's kinda pathetic and Oxe was the only one truly interested in keeping it alive.
This latest SotQ should finish. Then it'd be up to the newer Awards person if they want to keep it going or not. Worst case scenario I'll finish this SotQ out.

Doing a bit of a staff restructure. Rajaa and MissB have been very busy for a very long time. We've basically been keeping them around for their good looks all this time but we've decided to go ahead and free them from the shackles of modship. Going to miss you guys being in staff. I expect to see MissB in the Feedback to warnings/discussions thread from time to time still.
Rajaa PMed me saying he was literally just going to be able to be active again. He was going to work on awards and get back to discussing in staff. So I gave him his GM position back if he's going to be active again. Hugs all around.
