LATEST UPDATES:
(4-3-2021) Fixed the command list, so you don't have to be salty about "not knowing which button is the throw button".
(also 4-3-2021) Fixed the PDF again; rid it of any conflicts to the character. Hopefully. To be exact, it was the "Straight Outta Inkopolis" throw.
(14-3-2021) Sprite fixes, AI patch (FINALLY), Defense buff (+10 defense).
(23-8-2021) After spending too much time in procrastination and college, I buffed this kid. Now you can cancel standing normals into the Splattershot. Makes for some interesting tech, though.

Here it is, the Inkling POTS edit nobody asked for.

The Inkling, also known as Agent 3 or Bloo Ray (personal naming). Hailing from Inkopolis, the Inkling finally gets his POTS-style makeover in the (weird, yet wonderful) world of MUGEN. A rather good zoner, I must admit, with some unique ranged moves and a splat bomb in the arsenal. More or less, a Splattershot-centrist moveset. Strengths aside, the Inkling is actually a glass cannon.

Technically, this is my first MUGEN creation/POTS Edit. So thank you, and you're welcome.
