Much much betterhttp://www.mediafire.com/?e4e9sgrfif6p016,g9ob8tkv83b5skjSpoiler: and Blaziken (click to see content)Blaziken Released!Videos:
The animation looks so smooth and the art style looks highly impressive.I'm not too big on Pokemon, but this I approve
This looks excellent! Also, since you're making a full game, concentrate on making more fighting-type pokémon!
Jesuszilla said, January 21, 2012, 05:50:10 amDid you make the model yourself?Nah, it's ripped from Pokepark Wii with the proportions changed. Not very high poly but there's not much i can do about it. Only pokemon from smash bros melee/brawl have better models.
Getting the hang of this stuff.I've noticed using KFM's states with these sprites results in a really slow and floaty jump. Does creating a new state to handle jumping fix this?
First off, nice sprites. Glad to see an even better Blaziken coming!Second of all, you really should not need another state just for the jumping. All of the movement is controlled by the movement and velocity coding in the cns files. Use Ctrl-F and type in Velocity or Movement. You should see them. And what do you mean by "really slow and floaty jump"? Is Blaziken jumping as if s/he is on the moon?
Models look good, I think they'd look better if the proportions were a bit more related to the actual proportions of Blaziken. Either way, good job so far. Looks freaking smooth. Oh my goodness.
I'm going to attempt at a Shiny palette. Reserving (Oh please don't let me fail). This is looking amazing. Only thing I can be picky about is that his head is proportionally huge :/ Still f---ing amazing though
Just saw the pose in the second sprite and immediately thought, "Forte."The sprites need a bit more cleaning. Just zoom in on this one, look around, and the problems become apparent.
