I was a bit unsure in change my Neo Dio cause i always customize my chars but after some tests i must say that this version pay the effort.
Descolor once again give us a pretty solid and fun char.  Include options with configurable AI that make him a good boss or a good regular.
For me it's just the perfect Neo Dio.
Hope he make more updates for some WH that are severely outdated like Shimon's

Yes, sure he usually do good work.
And some of the old classic characters we have are sometimes unstable or not complete. or different gameplay sometimes.

I have 2 questions:
-what kind of changes you do on your characters?
-what mugenBuild+screenpack do you use for your mugen game? (I suppose it's a classic fighters compilation)

Usually disable things that i don't like. Some winposes, Hyper BGs, Big and small portraits etc. I'm not a char coder but i can change one thing or two for my own tastes. Like many have various thematic builds (KOF, Classic fighters, Marvel, etc.)

All my screenpacks are severely customized. Here an example of my Classic fighters:


I'm porting everything i have in Mugen to Ikemen since Ikemen it's by far superior.
