Hi guy's

This is my first solid wip. (i have made others but they were not very good ... i take that back they were terrible)
So i decided to do some study and stated this character.

This is an image of he's super strong slice (D,B,a)



I'm not exactly fond of blood and gory mugen characters. but considering he is a Demon and with super sharp claws i guess it's only resanable

So far i have finished all he's basics and i have started to work on the planned specials.

So far moves i have planned are
-Strong slice
-Super strong slice (seen above)
-Hypercut
-Cruncher (Throw)
-Speedyslice (hyper fast slice)
-Hypermove (Still thinking about it)

I will also make sure i add a combo system and perhapes a charging ability also

unfortunately i have no sounds yet But that wont stop me from progressing though the attacks

And ideas for attacks wourld be great as it is quite limited at the moment  :)

All I can say is that he looks pretty badass. I know the sprites you are using are limited so I was wondering if he'll contain all of the necessary hit sprites?

yes they have all the necessary hit sprites and that has all been done becuase i do all that first  ;P

Great! Be sure to take your time, dont rush, and im sure we'll all have a pretty cool character. cant wait to see what his supers are gonna be...

KOOL I NEVER seen the anime but I got a standed Inuyasha and I always Love the feral type chacters ^^ so I think I like this ^^

thats a lotta slicin you got goin on.

and could you possibly explain the cruncher throw i don't get it ;P

It's a shame that people prefer the dull, dull, dub over Japanese. And Inuyasha definitely sounds better in Japanese.

Hope you do a good job because I was going to make an Inuyasha too, but with a transformation from regular Inu to Demon Inu. I haven't gotten to it yet because I'm making lots of chibis. :P

dude give him like extreme speed moves and give him a move that is good enough to alter cyber narku defense when narku dishes out thoes attacks,
 and give him the ability to call for the tetsaiga as a finishing move as desperate attack then calling it the adment blackslash wave dat would be sick

Why would the creator give him fast moves to compete against cyber naraku to begin with? Also, why give him an ability to use Tetsaiga/Wind Scar/Backlash wave/Adamant w/e too? Last I checked, Demon Inu doesn't rely on either.

Besides, it would be a pain in the rear to try to add those to him. You might have to edit normal Inu's sprites from Feudal Fairy Tale to make it look like Demon Inu, since it would just seem very awkward seeing a hunchbacked demon carrying around the Tetsaiga.

well it was jus a suggestion becas he asked for ideas and i was jus giving him some, you mayb rite it does sound pretty dumb to you but it would be kool to see if he could actually do thatm, but chyeauh nice work mayn keep up da good work

you see im running on empty with ideas like supers and all i mean he has about 5 specials and 1 super  + 1 throw

So im not really sure what to do.

the sprites are really lacking in any ideas for attacks so i may have to stop this wip for a while untile i get some  ideas  :P

Why not do a hyper that includes 10 heavy slashes?

sometimes the basic hyper's are the best  :sugoi:

How about he rips out the poopnents *insert organ here* and crushes it with his hand?
Or he quickly dashes across the screen, slashing his opponent in the process?

Just throwing that out.

As much as it is tempting to do only because it actually does suit him: DO NOT GIVE DI A SGS.

Okay, I'm kidding. But if you do give him a SGS at least make it so that its visible and you can actually see him mauling his opponent. Or go black, then have him flash for every hit then back to black after each one.

But still, that statement given by Sunrise and Yomiuri's blatant disregard for the Inuyasha fanbase still sends chills down my spine and to be honest, I haven't viewed Inuyasha MUGEN characters in the same light since then. At least Cyber Naraku can be taken as a parody so he should be fine.

Also lol @ the person who suggested making D.I. able to counter Cyber Naraku with ease. Cyber Naraku is not the next Psycho Shredder, and I never intended it to be. Lets not open a can of worms here.

EDIT: Also just because I haven't responded to the OP's inquiry doesn't mean I ignored it. I'll get those english sound rips soon, unless you don't mind using a D.I.Y. kit. In that case good luck finding the ISO.

EDIT: That last link is outdated and the sound range for Demon Inuyasha is incomplete. iirc, Demon Inuyasha's sounds should start somewhere at point 2000 or so.

I am using japanese sound becuase they seem to suit the attacks i am doing so dont worry ricepigeon

Bt for now topic lockeduntil i come up with a new idea ... which migt be a while  ;D
