So, I have this old Ichigo character, used it in my mugen back in 2012, and now I'm trying to balance it's power for him to match with the other characters. I already edited a lot of things but there is one I can't find how to change: He puts the other characters in a slowmotion state when he transforms into his Second Bankai and the Hollow forms.

The code got me so confused, can someone help me with it?
