Fighting Factory 3 Transparcy driving me crazy

Ever time i try to change a portait FF3 and mugen fuck it up and made the first color transparent. Even ifvit looks okay once i open mugen 1.0 the first color is transparent

All the soultions i found are: "Putting the transparent colour in the RIGHT place". Great and how the F do i do this? If i change postions innthe palatte the colors. Get messed up.

In FF palette editor, drag and drop the color you want to be transparent to the first slot. Then, if the image is already inserted in the sff, there is a button called "adapt image to the new palette" or something like this (the icon is a little photograph), click it.
