WIP Bluestreak Template is up. Give palettes.

So I finally decided to make the leap folks, Bluestreak is finally starting to gain some momentum. I'm in the process of spriting his grabs and filling in the missing gethits. CvS graphics, I'm not sure about the gameplay yet. He has 6 buttons, holding start will be charge, hes currently got a double jump that I may not remove. 

His moveset keeps changing, but he will have the tatsumaki senpuukyaku. He is not a shoto.


Stance

Big portrait Some how I f'd up and the black won't go transparent.

Also on several of his basic moves Bluestreak is supposed to shock his enemy. I'm not entirely sure how fair that is, but I don't know what a damn is to give it. I'm trying to get things done at a good pace so I may just look for electrical sprites I can use for these attacks. Any help would be really appreciated.

Just one thing. I'm not fond of Start being the Charge button.

Something like holding LP + LK + MP + MK or HK + HP kinda like CVS.

Sorry I'm using a D-Pad controller. I meant all the attack buttons except the top ones/strong ones.

Not sure if I expressed myself correctly this time.  :S

Yeah, I typed the first set wrong, LOL.

The problem with using 4 buttons is that it becomes totally unfriendly to keyboard users.

Good luck with everything, this is looking great.
And while you're doing CVS styled spriting, might as well go for a SF-ish (or CVS) gameplay. Power charge would indeed fit well as MP+MK or SP+SK.

I intend for the enemy to bounce high enough to be propelled by the kick a medium distance.

I'm doing the other one soon. Both grabs are gonna be unfair.

Personally I would just say scrap the charge mechanic altogether but that's just my personal bias since I inexplicably fucking hate them

Thanks. :) He would say that he'd like to be cheap as possible so we're keeping the charge function.
