Color separation pallets problem

i made a new animation for a character. I have problems with pallets with color separation. The normal pallets that change the whole characters color work fine. The color separted ones dont show properly and change the whole colours instead of the one that it should change....

example: - ryu has a white shirt and white pants in pallete 1, in pallete 2 ryu has a white shirt and green pants.
- i add an animation and: pallete 1 ryu has white shirt and white pants, in pallete 2 ryu has green shirt and green pants.

what i need: in my animation, ryu with white shirt and green pants in pallete 2.

How can i solve this? Thank you for reading

But it almost sounds like the new sprites aren't color separated like you'd like.
