Finally, after a long time the Screenpack version 2.0 is in with some great improvements and fixes all thanks to Akitio.

Congrats! This is really really good looking.

If I may ask... Can you also pack this without the executable? Many of us keep all of our addons in a separate folder and just change a line with the config.json (previously mugen.cfg), to point to our system.def collection.

As it is, after installation in my current folder, I'm getting this error:

Yeah same. also can you release the lifebars separate. try doing myself and I can't get the messages to come.

hi guys there is now a data mode version just without mods, but zss should be in too if needed, check the readme for information.

The Data version still gives me this error. Also the data version is lacking fonts, I think.

Finally got this set up and working, it's what I'm using now for my CVS-styled characters, definitely some quality work. I was going to ask if there's a way you could implement the ratio numbers into the lifebars in a future update so you know what strength opponent you're currently fighting. Great work on this so far though  :mthumbs:

2.01 Data only has been released as It has a ko effect fix and added fonts and also lifebar has been updated too same as above.

hi guys just a heads up if you are loading CVS HD on x32 bit it will not work and I don't want to resize anything in the sp because I wanted to keep everything modernized and HD.

Unfortunately with the latest update of this screenpack it crashed my PC on the 32 bit version of ikemen and on the 16-bit version it just crashes to my desktop. So I can't use this screenpack sadly.

Sorry to hear that but yeah this is resource heavy as its alot of high definition sprites.

To the rest of you lifebar is updated with diamond portrait in, sorry to all of you if I have crashed your computers as this screenpack is heavy resource. Will work on resizing all of this.

Sorry for another bump. I decided to take out the continue countdown as I just need more time to work on it as it was abit too heavy. So Screenpack updated and also added the 3.1 lifebar in with it.  Also I still have problems loading Vselect as it still a 32 bit app.

One small detail: during the VS screen, the character that is below is not in "front". This kinda breaks the perspective illusion. You probably know what I mean.

In this case, "d" should be in front of everyone. But "c" is the one displayed in front.


Another suggestion, if I may, is order select for turns mode. I know it's hard but it would be totally awesome.

New year new lifebar update coming soonish



I have been working hard on figuring out how to deal the scroll effect but its still has a few problems  this is how its going to look and also I managed to fixed the actions so its now looking like how cvs2 looks
