it means you're using a 640x480 lifebar for a 1280x720 resolution screenpack. I advise that you either
A: edit the SFF and the DEF of the Marvel lifebars yourself to make them fit the 1280x720 resolution,
 OR
B: find a lifebar that supports 1280x720 instead.

what resolution are you using? are you using a 640x480 resolution? was the marvel lifebars for winmugen?

Yes, guess its 640,480 i like the Sp w/c edited and not using custom portrait no more beside got more slots :)

Ohh! that lifebar its for winmugen.....

ahh theres your problem right there. dont use winmugen lifebars that havent been converted to Mugen 1.0 yet. most of them are for 320x240 resolution. The anwser to this is finding some good 640x480 lifebars to use that dont use custom portraits. ill try to find some for you to use.

scroll to where it says "defualt portait version" and download that one

Looks very great i can just change the port "9000,0" t0 show in single,simul & turn mode also repositioning the icons to the box others might below the edge of the bar but the problem are not showing the timer,powerbar and hits combo or it just might easy fix with "%i Hit!".

make another topic about editing lifebars as I cannot help you with that, you made this topic to find out why your lifebars weren't fitting the screen yes? well, it's been solved.
