Help, how to slow animation down on select screen. Eyes hurt.
I need some help here.
I have downloaded the legacy mugen 1.1 with over 1000 char slots
but the flashing of the stage select font (when you pick any stage) in the character select screen hurts my eyes a lot.
How do you lower the speed of the animation!
