I think the granite statue blends in better with this environment. But if you add other golden elements, like lamps or fence, or whatever, the first option is also valid. Maybe you need to reduce the number of colors a bit.
I'm not sure, but I think the statue honors or must be related to love or fertility. I am a little concerned about the symbol that appears below...

It is an original idea, but the gloomy atmosphere of cemeteries is difficult to relate to a daytime and spring weather.
