How to change/add images into Victory screens? (1.0. help mates.)

I'm just wondering if there's a way to change how the victory screen looks (not just backgrounds but like, areas for what the character says and all that). like having some sorta border around it

are you asking about how to add win quotes instead of "you are a winner" everytime

if so go to the character you want to add a winquote
go to its cns file

add this for example
[Quotes]
victory1 = "Amingo..."

i think that foun at system.def or not i not sure ... screenpack,,, hmm how change these message...
