Sorry if I have to say this, but, why do some of the Touhou IZ characters just guards and not attacks?
If you play as them, you may attack freely, but in AI, it sucks.

They don't have custom AI made.

Well, since they don't have custom AI, it's useless for MUGENtubers to put them in MUGEN Watch Mode Battles.

That's why you play as the characters instead. AI matches are boring unless you put some thought into it.
