Im aware that the only mugen character of him is supposed to be really bad, but i DESPERATELY need him and have super low standards,
theres been a thread of him, but the download link is dead, and i cant find him anywhere, i know walt and orochi gill were there and was wondering if they or anyone else who still has him could link me him, i know its alot to ask.
also this is my first time posting on a mugen forum lol

No, I don't think you can find that, not even in MA would upload him, and the few ones who downloaded in their time probably deleted it after a few tests. You can keep asking anyway but I don't assure you any other result than the one I said. Good luck anyway
