A neat classic of MUGEN is back!

I figure out that the KOF E stuff is offline, but for my luck i have the original game so i edited him a little bit. Hope you enjoy guys. :)

Here i go. :)
- Some strange bugs in the chars fixed.
- Fixed the character select screen. (When i start converting, he'll messed up, but i solve this well).
- Lifebar fixed.
