this is unusual for a character but ok i guess this is gonna be a good character but my guess on what dishamonpow said is the mugen oneGood luck

IMO he should be SSBB style. Him in the background and you get to choose a pokemon at the beginning of the round or something. It's cool though anway
Fix squirtle's crosseyes xD, Ill take you want red's head too look like that and not because you couldn't sprite better, charizard looks awesome.I think hydro pump anime style would be better, bubblebeam would be too much like hyper beam and the probable solarbeam and flamethrower you might end up including.Something I notice is that being Red = fire hence charizard, he doesn't have a fire Super, overheat could fit there (all screen, blockable, damages red too)
Ill try to fix squirtle and if you mean his head is big i want it to be that way so he looks more cartoonish.Anime style? bubble beam will be low and hyper beam will be high.Over heat sounds kinda weird..

Pokeballs have the tendency to be painful when thrown hard. They tend to cave faces in when thrown hard enough.There's your hadoken motion right there.

Ahh i have been wanting to see screens of this since you first showed it like a few days ago, and i see he really does punch and Kic, that still makes me Rofl ><. Well i like the idea of summonings, and good luck with it Mna ^^.

Missigno duplicates your items Rare Candies,Master Balls,Nuggets Etc.If you catch it,it could mess up your game.If you catch a lv0 missigno and level it up once it'll become Kanghaskan that can do Sky attack and Water gun.

those are just a couple. Is this the set Palette order you are using *the way the colors are odered in the .act file* ? If not, i can possibly come up with an .act file you could apply to the sprites to make palettes easier

palette order: The way the colors are oganized inside the act file.gonna use another picture to describe the colors below Mukai are teh Palette Order. The modification i mentioned would be to make a new palette order, so the clothes colors would be close to each oter, and the skin tones would be close to each other. IMO makes making palettes easier.@BK: WIPs at this stage commonly don't have small portraits yet, cause basics are being considered before asthetics

eh, just forget the palette order thing, for now: yeah, you'd have to recompile the .sff again after applying the new .act to the sprites. that parts easy for me though *applying new palette to all sprites, cause i have Photoshop, and actions built for such things.*easiest to do, though i guess, is wait for an actual release. then, at that point i can do it without messing anything up

well he could have stealth as he had a stealth devise in the game so he could be like reptile from mk where the oppoent cant see you but u can hit them lol.

lol kl ideas coming ur way snake is just a kl char i can see alot of ppl helping out on this one.this idea is a bit over board but i would like to see metal gear rex smash through the ground to unleash a barrage of laser and machine gun attacks, it would be a lv3 super of course.

Im not an adult im a kid(or teen).I don't have alot of time to work on him that is why i said ill post screens on friday. And Coding all his basic attacks and 4 specials didn't take long it isn't that hard..

I think I know what 2 of your hidden w.i.p.s are. Not too sure about the one in the middle though.Anyway, a suggestion for Red:- As a victory animation, he could hold up a mugen-related symbol and text would appear saying: You got the M.U.G.E.N. badge!

(Before leaving, he can animate getting taken over by Liquid...saying my arm or something from MGS2)Meryl heals Snake or shoots her gun. (says Looking Good Snake)
