PotS 2022 Sakura Color Separation Patch

This is pretty much a repackage of KOFHERO's release using ShinRei and Froz's color separation with the necessary changes to work with PotS's 2022 Sakura update. Includes several palettes, including some by yours truly.

Good job!!
Sorry for the weird question, but are the palettes still compatible with the Old Sakura with Froz's CS?
Because even if Pots modern work is awesome, I'm very used to main POTS style+effect that "everybody" used until now.

I think the palettes I made should be forward compatible since the only issue I ran when converting the old ones to the new sff was that they were missing one shade of black for the fx, but you'd have to try them out to be sure.

Bump.

The old link died, so I decided to reupload the patch with an updated .def for the newest ikemen version, because it lists new files. The sprites and palettes themselves remain unchanged.
