Downloading anything from Japanese site is a pain.

Baidu is a Chinese site not Japanese.
Besides, Japanese people use Onedrive and other less painfully complicated stuff unlike Baidu.

Fortunately, I have my Baidu account active and after a long proccess to install Baidu Netdisk and a bunch of translations done, it's gonna take a while, once it's done, I'm going to upload it on mediafire so, patience.

Lots of update happened

Changes -
Dan Hibiki added, but he's just a training bot.
Some characters have background standby.
Kyo-1 + Kyo-2 coming soon.
New backgrounds added, including KOFXV, KOF98, and KOF Neowave.
Whip has lots of gun mode, including sniper, and machine gun.
Kula has a new super.
Yuri adjusted to two modes.
Saisyu added a new palette.
Avatars of Nameless, Iori, Rugal, Kula are changed.
Tag mode screen changed.
Some people lack special moves to match Mary/Gai.
In addition to the 99 mode, some of Robert's actions in other modes are replaced by 99 actions due to lack of pictures.
Not everyone can match the Easter egg transformation/transformation of Shingo's MAX2.
