Edit:
I noticed there's some editing needed on the thigh on the third frame. No worries I fixed it.

I actually used various sprites from different games for this little Mugen mock up. Stage sunset background is from Ranma and the rest are from Pretty Fighter.

Will be a while when I finished this Burning Mandala variant.

Had planned to give Athena's Phoenix Arrow to Moon or Venus long ago but I think it fits Mars better.

Sailor Mars new combo kick 3rd frame. This actually has 15 frames. Still not done with the last 5.
