Woah, at this rate I'm going to end up paying for all the ROMs I possess.... The guilt slowly fades away ...
just those 2? the ggpo room for xvsf is at least always populated and they chose just those two. alright then. at least its ggpo!
What's the point of that? Sounds stupid. Capcom should continue to work on DS4 is what they should do.
Not the same thing, and what sounds stupid to you about well known superheroes battling it out? It worked in X-Men COTA, and MSH ... Capcom just wanted in on the profits and forced their SFA sprites in there. The only good thing about MVC is Mahvel baby.
Technically it's not the only thing good about it. Without those series we wouldn't have seen a lot of cool fighters from non SF games. And you can't tell me you didn't get hyped when you 1st heard of X-Men vs Street Fighter. Cross overs are always welcome. That doesn't mean they should stop making the core games however. MSH is a lot better than the combo fests of the verses series. I do get tired of being forced into having teams in games.
Cazaki must not know that Walt prefers having his superheroes fight only each other and not some random hobo that can shoot fireballs.
msh? more like smhJust No Point said, July 05, 2012, 09:25:30 pmThat doesn't mean they should stop making the core games however.core games.
Because CYCLOPS VS DHALSIM is something to get hyped about equally as hype as, say, Hulk VS Thanos.Cool story brah.

MDD said, July 05, 2012, 09:35:16 pmBut you can READ about Hulk vs Thanos. You cannot read about Dan vs Captain America.Well, you can. But that would be considered fan fiction.

Would that not count them as the core games?[Isaac] said, July 05, 2012, 09:33:38 pmBecause CYCLOPS VS DHALSIM is something to get hyped about equally as hype as, say, Hulk VS Thanos.Cool story brah.Story wise no. But in a game where that stuff doesn't matter I thought it was a really cool thing to happen. I just meant being able to play against different playstyles. Like Cyclops versus Dhalsim, yes. We didn't have mugen back then
[Isaac] said, July 05, 2012, 09:33:38 pmBecause CYCLOPS VS DHALSIM is something to get hyped about equally as hype as, say, Hulk VS Thanos.Yes? Because Hulk vs Thanos has happened before and before XvSF the former had never happened before?
[Isaac] said, July 05, 2012, 09:36:40 pmMSH VS SF - the weakest link of all the VS series. Nigga please.Hell no it's not Dat opening and announcer best announcer in a vs Game.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UB3Rbn_gF_8&feature=relatedhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfASunpAei4&feature=player_detailpage#t=56s
if you're going by "this character's power level exceeds the other's by far, this is stupid" then dudes like hulk and superman can't be in fighting games period
