Really awesome, except for one thing. The dialogue feels a little amateur as just text at the bottom.I think it would help a lot if you got the voice actors to say the lines or if you put the lines in speech bubbles.Sound effects for transitions and stuff might work too.

Dunno why, but it reminds me of the intro's you used to get on Amiga games.. very cool. In fact, I'm pretty hyped for the final game when it arrives.
Intro at time 0'33 : "He heard their dying thoughts".Song : Muse - Thoughts of a Dying Atheist.I see what you did there ! Anyway, nice intro, I like it.
It's awesome to see you're making it happen Sean, really. It's awesome that it feels fresh, a well self-contained universe, cohesive art ... I love everything, congratulations.
That was pretty impressive dude, the ending was my favorite. And may I know if there are still available slots for a voice actor?
I love it! Reminds me of the old school arcade intro screens and fits the mood of the game really well.
Good intro Though I have been lokking at ths threads of SHades for few weeks now i want to know if You have SHADES 1
SHADEs 1 is right below the SHADEs 2 download at www.shadesofmanhattan.com. I will warn you that while I was proud of it when I first released it in 2008, it's really not very good, especially compared to SHADEs 2. If I were you I'd mess around with it a bit, maybe beat the game with a few key characters whose endings are canon or contain vital info ( Fray, Sabotage, Zenith, Bloodtide ), just to get caught up for SHADEs 2.
