@miru

i only used a slight highlight just to finish off the sprite, tried to make it look as elegant as possible but with mouse its very slow, nonetheless my super computers been down for a year now., think the MB is fried, it powers on but no display. Anyway, i can try H150 it should be better , but even at 200 theres detail loss; so at size H400 things look neat but its not standard CvS size( or hideous-atticbox-art, aka pixel crud),
example i did today, on this Chun-LI

H200

H400, 3rd one with dithering

palettes are a pain, thats why u see red in the C2 costume,

Studying anatomy, perspective and shapes would help make your drawings much better.
I feel like his face looks too flat and mis-proportioned, in the other sketch his neck was too big.

The way you index stuff doesn't make them pixel art, but I'm not sure if that's what you were trying to do.

@ Alex
no doubt, i'm observing from various stuff on here., but I think i have accomplished about all i  wanted in mugen + added alot of  graphic skills in the arts of game, if capcom hires me, i'd take the job for  free
yeah,  the face is not dynamic.., proportions were loosely drawn to increase speed;  although i have tried the different angles before coming to this
Iori scratch custom punch, this ones 221 resized,

no references

I know you're experimenting with stuff, but you should use references in the first stages of your drawing learning experience, to learn the fundamentals of animation and anatomy. ;)

Juri has a broken - twisted back and the face doesn't look accurate.
