I had this same image on my pc bro. Never committed. Dang...well. At least someone did. Can't wait to try it.
Is it possible to remove the screen filter by nullifying some code? I get what you were trying to do and appreciate the notion. Though, it's a good thing that we've advanced past those times. I like things clear and crisp.

Just make a backup file in case you mess it up.
I like it but I had to remove the static because it had me thinking something was wrong with my screen. There has got to be a way to do it more A E S T H E T I C A L L Y. I'm thinking white vhs strips like the intro of this video: I wish there was more animation like that though.
Thanks for the comments everyone! I included a non-filtered version of the stage to the original link, since a good amount of people seems to prefer it that way. It makes the filesize way lighter afterall. ReduxMercenaryT said, May 30, 2019, 05:14:57 amThere has got to be a way to do it more A E S T H E T I C A L L Y. I've thought about making those VHS stripes as well, but I think I ended up sticking to something more like a CRT TV signal.

Planned on doing it but I cant properly run OpenGl on 1.1 and I really wanted the zoom/lack of color loss so DirectX was meh. Glad to see someone did it justice!
I am really loving this stage. I rather prefer it with VHS lines, it feels right. You picked out some great music choices too, Kung Fury is dope. I had to mess with the local cords a bit to get it 4:3 but I think I got it after a little trial and error. Just really great work, best stage release in a while.
