Is there a way to edit an existing character for personal use?

Hello,

As explained in the title, I want to edit already existing mugen characters by changing the art on their sprites (I do some pixel art so it wouldn't be a problem), as well as changing their sound files. Is there a way to do that? And how? Thank you for your response.

yes, you use fighter factory or a similar tool to import/export the sprites. you will have to learn to work with 256 colours palettes, tho.
