this topic is about special animations that are standar in particular fighting games, but are not required for mugen... those are the one i could recall from memory, but i am pretty sure i am missing a few... i personally intend to implement them in the 5200 to 5599 for my full game.

Vertical spinning (?)
  the char is thrown to the air, spining in it's sides.
Guard Crash (stand , air adn crouched).

Break off a throw.

Might be worth regrabbing it.

Had all that blood type rubbish too, which was interesting but impractical except in a full game sense.

yup, checked the rs thread and took what could be useful for my game.

so i am curious to see if i am forgetting something, besides midnight bliss.

  • A frame here, a pixel there.
There are a few more in SF3, like "turn around" hit (done by Alex's Flash Chop among other things), overhead hit (character is bent at the waist as their head and upper body are pushed downwards).

i guess overhead is similar to what i put as falling forward... the alex one sounds in teresting, you mean that the character kind of psins in place in tead of moving it's body back?

If I remember correctly, the characters can spin the head left and right.
