Portrait issue with Renegade Lifebaes

So I have been having this weird issue with Renegade's Lifebar and I have no idea how to fix it.

Can anyone help me out?
It seems the loocalcoord may be off but it is not I fixed it.

Ok well I fixed the issue, it was just a simple the "portrait is too big delimmea "
