So, I made this. I've been planning on releasing edits/sound packs (like one for Pots's Guy, which had Low Tier God voice clips that I lost in a crash) but this is the only one I've managed to release thus far. All I did was alter the snd file so that it uses sounds from Super Mario Bros Advance. Lemme know if his sounds are too loud.

Copied from my youtube video because I'm lazy:

So, I replaced all the voice clips with ones from Street Fighter X Tekken/Ultra Street Fighter 4. I might update this at some point to make it fancier, so keep your eyes peeled. The patch includes the snd file, for obvious reasons, the .air file, because I edited a few animations to make it so that the lip movements synced with the speech, and the .cns file, so that when you skip her entrance, the voice is cut off like it should be.

I noticed the sound resource ripped a bunch of sounds from Street Fighter V, so I thought I'd do something with them. Since Charlie is one of my favorite street fighter chars, and because I use pots's version often, I decided to make a SFV soundpack for him. I'm planning on doing the same to Karin at some point. This one isn't as fancy as my Poison soundpack since I never touched anything besides the .snd file. Be sure to let me know if the voice is too loud. I'm always worried about that.

Edit: Updated. Replaced a sound from the HP to be more fitting.

eyyyy I've been making a lot of these so I decided to release two of them in one thread. I'm wondering if I should make a big thread for all of my sound packs since there are others coming along the way. I should ask a mod or an admin or something about it. Anyway:

Sagat:
Forgive me father, for I have sinned. I referred to the Tiger Raid as the Tiger Destruction because Sagat didn't have the Tiger Raid in SF4. I felt like he had to say something there, and a generic grunt just didn't feel right. If you guys think the grunt idea is better, lemme know.

E Honda:
So I made this. I'm happy with this, aside from the Sumo Headbutt effect. I was thinking of making it shorter using audacity so that it would sound better, but I thought it would sound like shit if I did that. I dunno, you guys tell me if I should do that. Another thing to mention, I edited the System.cns file as well, because he said "sumo throw" during a win pose and I thought it sounded weird, so I changed it so that he says something different.

EDIT: I asked Iced about it, and he told me it was ok. Welcome to my Voicepack thread.

Two new voicepacks, friends.

Dudley:
I'm pretty proud of this one, as I edited the cns file to make it so that he says the names of moves he didn't say in Third Strike. Now he says Jet Upper, Machine Gun Blow and Rolling Thunder. He doesn't say Let's Fight like gentlemen, which kinda sucks, but hey. Fun fact, this is my first time ever playing with Dudley, since I never played him in Third Strike, nor have I played this mugen char, so I'm incredibly scrubby here. Don't worry about Boxer, his turn will come soon enough.

Zangief:
If you thought I only make voicepacks for Pots chars, you are mistaken. A concern I have with this is that when he uses the atomic buster, the sound clip is a little too long, but other than that, I'd say this one is pretty damn good.

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Deejay.

I don't understand why I never mained Deejay in Street Fighter. He looks like a punch out character. I not only edited the snd file, but I also edited the cns file to make it so that the machine gun upper/Jackknife sound works as it should, and to add the rolling sobat sound.

hey so another sound pack. This one is a lot more simple, and I'll do a version where I edit the cns file at some point. This is just something to show that I'm still alive and well. This time I amplified the sounds by 5 because I thought 10 was too loud. Tell me what you guys think. Btw, my 10th sound pack is gonna be super special. In fact, I got started on it before this project because it'd be a lot fancier. Get hype.

Just a general rule, in case anyone wants requests, (I've gotten some on skype from friends, but for the hell of it I'll mention this here) I don't know if I can do them just yet. Maybe I'll do them once I get into the groove of this a bit more, but hey.

This is the big project I was talking about. For my tenth voice pack, instead of replacing voices of the character, I added voices to a previously voiceless character. I added a bit more to his entrance as well as giving him some win poses that would fit better with the different voices (well one. I gave him another that's not all that different from the first one. I could've made it random, but eh). The snd file is a mess and I plan to clean it up at some point, but this is all we have as of right now. After this I plan on fixing up Splode's Iceman's snd patch.

Necroing my topic to show off my latest soundpack edit. It's a few modifications to the Poison soundpack. I decided it was close enough to being done, so here it is. I added voices to the whip rekka, added a voice to the EX knee press and handcuff, and some other things. I'll be sure to fix up Iceman's soundpack at some point since the sounds are really low in that one.

I made two new ones, one simple, one fairly complex. We got Splode's Strider, and Yamori's Morrigan, both with marvel 3 english voices. I just changed the sound for strider, and for morrigan I changed the air and cns a bit. Bit of a necro, I know, but I'm sure it's cool since I released something.

Little correction: it's not Yamori's Morrigan, but DarkWolf13's (for his old MvC2 project).

But she did a different version, using some of the tools given from the project and original version (or somethin' like that). At least that's from what I remember, idk if it was ever released.
