Does the round never start when the Supernull edited character is in place?

Example is Sakura Donald, Sweets Kogasa, Witch the Cosmos, etc.
I don't get why the round never actually starts when they are in place.

What XG said. Cheap characters don't respect normal rules for MUGEN and even some of them can kill you easily even when the round doesn't even start

I think this is actually an OS-specific bug. Cheapies are weird as they rely on executing arbitrary code to work. In Windows 10 Supernulls can skip all their flashy animations and win the round instantly. (See TF-EX Donald)
