Loyal to the Game

I've planned to remake all of H"'s characters because I'm tired of busted shit. His AI walks in place, his Adon's super sparks are in the wrong scale, his Adon has a c.LK infinite, and there's no sign of him coming back. His stuff in general is quite outdated by current standards.

I'm not going to update his stuff because his code is a mess. I will redo it from scratch in my own system.

With that said, I think I should start with Sagat. Why Sagat? Because:

Vans and I attempted the challenge like 9 years ago and I fell asleep. I've accepted that defeat, but am more determined this time.
Monday is a holiday.
It will teach me valuable time management skills.
He's easy. So easy I could make him in one day if I manage my time correctly.

RULES

I must get at least 20 votes total from here and Twitter, and Yes must win the majority vote.
I must use Insanius's sprite rips for the character sprites.
I have from 9/5/2016 12:00:00 A.M. CST to 9/6/2016 12:00:00 A.M. CST to code the character. I hope I can beat the deadline!
Should I lose the challenge, I must delete fucking everything related to Sagat and start all over. If I am to make this character, it will be in one day, period.
I must keep a log of everything I do that day. Even if I take a piss or fap.

H's Sagat has been one of the 2 sagat's I use for a while. Having him remade and given a bit of polish would be wonderful.

Maybe if you have a week off of work, and feel adventurous, you could marathon creating seven chars in seven days. That'd be hardcore.

Well since you're posting a log, I'll up the ante a bit. If "Yes" wins and you succeed on the first attempt, I will go to a raw vegan restaurant and eat a main course item. And yes, there will be photos. And I will bring an item of your choice prove that it is a legit trip to the restaurant.

Turbo will use the approximation method, hitboxes will be CvS2 accurate (though scaled), and intros against Eagle and Adon will be stretch goals. Though I could just hold off on the Adon intro if I'm just going to remake him eventually.

By approximation method, do you mean modifying the actual animation timings and velocities to approximate the overall increase in speed simulated by the frameskip?
