KOF Portal by Exshadow slightly tweaked. I play on 1280x720 so I've reduced the xscale to compensate stretching. Uncomment the 'xscale = 0.5333' to get the regular size.

Added 4 more stages:

1. Noon Destiny by Exshadow/ Vibrant.
2. Port Sunset by JeanBureau.
3. Midnight Skyline by Exshadow/ Vibrant.
4. SF3 Third Strike Bonus Basketball (Parry challenge) stage by Dany-The-Dog.

;  <---- is enough. I use it because stages stretch in 1280 x  720 resolution. Uncomment it for 640 x 480.
