Please help, the download links are down, and the authors seem inactive at the moment.

You know you can actually just copy the colors off the sprites and recreate the palettes in photoshop right?

Some of them also had custom FX colors IIRC.

I was bored, so I made a set for Ingrid by Waru*And as an added bonus, I also colored her sparkle attacks based off the character (Athena-Pink, ChunLi-Blue, etc...)* :

umm, yes, some of these have special FX colors.

The custom FX should carry over if the GIFs are using the exact palette. In fact, tomorrow I think I'll test it out.
