I wrote a tutorial on it like 4 years ago and used this program for the special effects in android 16 and vegeta. I believe this is integrated as a plugin in adobe after effects now.
There is a small "lightning dot" wich doesn't have the same "fade" effect than the other parts. Aside from that, great work!I could use this to replace Zero Counter effect... why not?
