Hey people of MFG its me, LESSARD, I want to share you my last character release: ONI from SFIV.

Features:
Color separation/ smart palette
Fireball and FX palette integrated
Original SFIV moveset
2 throw moves
Lots of specials, normals, and Omega variations
Dodge move (can change into a counter attack bay pressing any attack button during)
Focus Attack
Powercharge
Counter moves
4 intro pose
4 win pose
Parry (Stand, air, crouch)
Taunt

Yes. I've been waiting for this being to finally get released.

He's got a lot of problems though, but I fear being harsh so I'll only leave feedback on the most distinct issues.

1. His normals are far too safe (Strongs especially). They could do with more push/knockback and the hittimes should be reduced from 30.
2. It should preferably be F,D,DF for Shoryukens as opposed to F,D,F.
3. Repeated Down + HP is an easy infinite in the corner.
4. Strong Rakan Dantojin's hits don't combo properly.
5. Non-Cinematic Tenchi Sokaigen is way too loud.
6. I'd highly suggest adding the PotS juggle limiter to attacks (usually trigger1 = !var(16) && (var(15) < 1 || var(20))) to prevent infinites. You can increase the number from 1 for multi-hit attacks.

Much better and more well rounded; however …

-nitpick:  punches and kicks need separate sounds

-nitpick:  Oni doesn’t have a teleport unless he’s doing a SGS

-Hate the Ex move sound for the fireball,

Otherwise I feel like he’s pretty solid!

Good work overall!
I feel he is quite overpowered though (like are RR already said, lots of moves are safe etc.)

He's currently residing as a boss character in my roster.

Wow sick release cool sprite work we Appreciate the hard work and effort. We know your more so a spriter than a programmer and this the first sick original Oni for mugen.

I think these sprites would fit more with Alpha style to be honest. A reshade and you could easily fit it in the SFA4
