I have two Ioris in my MUGEN: One made by Knuckles8864 and the other by KarmaChameleon. I use KC's EX Iori rather than the Normal Iori mode but KC's EX Iori and Knux's Iori have the same Level 3. Is it possible to change it so KC's EX Iori uses Chi no Bousou, which is Normal Iori's Level 3, and disable Homurabotogi on EX Iori, and how would I be able to go about that?

In the cmd file, check for where the Homurabotogi is and vice versa and change the number that's set for var(40). There's a variable list in System.cns (Same for many other PotS style chars) which can help you here.
