Hello, I made a screen pack for KOF2003 exclusively for IKEMEN GO!
The localcoord is 304,224, which is the same resolution as the NEOGEO, so I can't guarantee that it will work in any other aspect ratio than 4:3.
There is a system.def that can be registered based on the original work, and a system_ex.def that is customized to register many characters, so you can set it as you like.
