"Abnormally Aggressive Shrine Maiden"

Ability: Mainly capable of flying in the sky

Story: The all too familiar shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine. This latest incident seems to have provoked her and is now taking her job more seriously, perhaps too seriously. While she's always been the shoot-first-ask-questions-later type, her style of investigating this incident seems to be much more aggressive than usual. Perhaps all those years of spending time around youkai have finally gotten to her? Or is there something more sinister at hand?

"Ordinary Magician Gone Haywire"
Marisa Kirisame
Species: Human
Ability: Capable of using light & heat magic

Story: An ordinary magician with a penchant for collecting things; it was because of this that Marisa was the first one to discover the black fragments scattered throughout Gensokyo. She doesn't seem to know what their purpose is, but she was quick to find out just how they can amplify the firepower of her Mini-Hakkero; the resulting power was reminiscient of the time her Mini-Hakkero was overflowing with power during the incident caused by Seija Kijin and Shinmyoumaru Sukuna, so she immediately knew that the appearance of these black fragments was another incident.

Ability: Capable of manipulating time

Story: The chief maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She was ordered to investigate the news of the apperance of the black fragments by her mistress, Remilia Scarlet. What piqued her interest in the incident was how those who had the fragments in their possession were able to outpace her in a spellcard duel, almost to the point as if they themselves had acquired powers similar to Sakuya's. She continued this investigation to find out who or what was behind this.

"Half-Physical Gardener"
Youmu Konpaku
Species: Half-Human, Half-Phantom
Ability: Handling sword techniques

Story: The gardener of Hakugyokuro, located in the Netherworld. She was asked to investigate the black fragment incident by her mistress Yuyuko Saigyouji, who asked Youmu on Yukari Yakumo's behalf. Her understanding was that because these fragments came from the outside world, the side effects of their presence could have a negative effect on the lingering spirits, thus throwing the cycle of reincarnation into chaos.

"Lunatic Ex-Moon Rabbit"

Ability: Manipulating Insanity

Story: A moon rabbit who has been living in Eientei with the lunar fugitives, Kaguya Houraisan and Eirin Yagokoro. When she first spotted the strange black fragments, she noticed how it affected the wavelengths of everything around it. Thinking that it may have been another Urban Legend, she brought it back to Eientei, where Eirin immediately recognized its true nature: that the fragments were a piece of technology made by the outside world, which could easily be utilized as a weapon. Hearing this triggered unpleasant memories in Reisen, as the whole reason she came to Earth in the first place was to flee from what the Lunarians saw as the Earth's invasion of the Moon. Is it possible that the humans of the outside world have now set their sights on Gensokyo? All she knew was that she wasn't going to run away this time.

Disbelief Aspect: Now moves Reisen greater distances and fires projectiles as a vertical wall

"Stare of the Hazy Phantom Moon (Lunatic Red Eyes)": Hitbox size drastically reduced, now only costs 1000 Power. Now has startup invincibility

"Miraculous Human of Wind"
Sanae Kochiya
Species: Human
Ability: Causing miracles

Story: The shrine maiden of the Moriya Shrine located on Youkai Mountain. She originally lived in the outside world before coming to Gensokyo, so she's knowledgable about certain things about it. When she heard of the mysterious black fragments, she likened its traits of propogation and changing its surroundings to that of a computer virus. It may have been years since she last seen one, but working computers are the last thing she expected to find in Gensokyo, so realized that this was an incident like no other. Seeing an opportunity to take the lead in a rivalry with Reimu, she went to investigate.

Flowers in the Wind: Redone. Now has longer startup and shorter recovery. Hitbox now hits almost entirely vertical. Now drags opponent toward Yuuka.
