Anway, this character just gives me the lulz because of the name. Thanks for the release.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

This is a very nice character. Graphics are lovely and very cartoonish, sounds are LOL, gameplay is simple and efficient.
Great job.

- Strong Tongue Attack can be done several times in a row in the corner, juggling the opponent (the timing must be good so that you don't combo into Tongue Whip, but fast enough so the opponent doesn't fall on the ground). I chained it 4 or 5 times.
- Spin-o-rama's light version doesn seem very useful, since the startup is the same as Medium and strong version, but deals much less damage and doesn't go far.
- Insideout Body Drill can't be combo'd into ?
- I would have prefered if Insideout Body Drill sent the opponent far and a little in the air on the last hit, but that's no big deal.
- Can crouch while running.

All in all, he's lovely. ^_^

hey, thanx. Comming from you, its a very nice thing. If the gameplay is efficient, then my goal was archived.

1- Its a bit intentional. There are some cool combos that the timming must be very good. For example, you can do Weak>Medium>Strong>Crouched Strong (2 hits),UP, Weak, Medium, Strong. But you can even cancel the Crouched Strong into Close Standing Strong and start it over again, but the juggle will block you to overuse it.
2- Yeah. It works, sometimes, as a "baite" to the enemy.
3- Yes, it can. Or I am missing something?
4- good, I will change it.
5- Its there a problem?

3 - Well, I couldn't cancel any special into this super move (or I had bad timing ?). Maybe from basics, didn't test. :P
5 - In games such as KOF or CVS, when you run, if you press DF, you still continue running, and you don't crouch. This behaviour is common to most fighting games. For this character, it's not really a big deal, since he doesn't have moves involving charging down for example, I was just pointing this out.

3- From basics, I am pretty sure. About the specials, I dunno. I will take a look.
5- I never knew about it, since I don`t like KOF too much. But I think it won't be a issue on this char.

Good to know that people liked this char.

The next update will have one more hyper, and a very comic one :)

Make everything blockable. If you wanna put logic in it, you might as well make hadoukens unblockable and win by spamming hadoukens coz the human body can't take energy projectiles.  --;

Maybe, but I'm not sure.
The sad news is that the original editor can't make more frames, since he lost his tablet.

I will try to work on him myself with another friends.

Very nice... I like "IT" alot.  ;D

 - near p2 and walking towards him... medium & hard attack does nothing
 - ko p2 with the super move... the filmstrip like screen won´t show up. Intenional?

At the last point, most likely. Filmstrip is for specials, SSF2 BG is for supers from what I see.
