Looks cool and all bro but does not fit well at all. Your current FX is great as is, but like I've been saying please reduce the envshake!!
Well the reason I wasn't happy with the current FX is because RAGE is their biggest most damaging move, and visually it looked like a downgrade compared to their supercharge fx.
That looks pretty cool...much better than before.The only weird thing is how Ryu gets centered into the screen automatically after being pushed back into the dizzy state...its just weird, but I'm pretty sure you'll think of something.
