There was another topic about this. These edits are not released. They do not exist.

Like I said here they were wips in Mugen Infantry that got discontinued.

Thanks for proving me wrong. :)
I said that because I never saw links about those patches.

Unfortunately, no one seems to have those .sffs (they were requested another time too). So your best option is to ask the guys at InfinityMugenTeam, they are more likely to have what you are requesting.
(But I see you already did it, so nevermind me).
