also I have A Question :O
1. does anyone know where I can add animation and sprite on the front Main menu for Ikemen ? Im not talking about the roster okay
2. how its should be coded for animation and sprite for the Main Menu ?

Simply by adding layers in the right spots (similar to how layers work in regular mugen screenpacks, sometimes easier and sometimes harder) in the main.lua. Want a look at what I mean? Check my previous work (HDBZ/Blue screenpack/NMTE Revival/etc.). If ya want, I can get real specific... Just let me know what exactly..

Edit: Also, reading the tittle, do you mean like a section to EXPLAIN how IKEMEN works? If so, that's a good question...

There's not enough activity in this subboard to warrant it.

It's not there that isn't enough activity. We just aren't popular enough, especially me LOL, but anywho glad you have taken interest!!!
You should also know that *There are "tutorials" There are "tutorials" There are "tutorials"* what he was referring to was if you take a look at his main.lua you'd see where he did what. Which is easier than a complete drawn out explanation if you don't know what is what yet & you get to see for yourself/get familiar with what is there. You should also know which version of the engine you are using. You have to create the mainbg yourself. It'd be easier to just copy one of those main.lua and just edit them for your own thing. Saving you a lot of time. He pretty much did all the trial & error for you. There is also a tutorial on the main board not to mention Electro made a tutorial which is now on page two. I suggest coming up with a list of common questions & answers. I'll add it to the discussion board so anyone can see without having to interact with us directly & ask for help when needed that is why I made it in the first place. Welcome to the sub board! You are the new number 3 in the chain of command LOL

If this is something you guys feel would help this board as a whole I can give FClass mod powers here and you guys can make a thread to discuss the best things to put in a sticky or 2.

It was meant to be used as reference. What I was trying to tell you.. Our main.lua are different than the default. Simply so you could see what does what, but I agree the best way to go is trial & error. There is still so much undiscovered goodness here. A lil effort goes a long way.

I suppose it's time to breath life back into this sub-forum eh? With the three of us combined we can make it happen. We'll create the interest.. I'll update the board with some  common questions & answers. A know quite a lot are actually interested, but feel as though there is a lack of information. Btw there is also a discussion topic..
