You are only allowed to do these things in Japan when:

1. You do not block the traffic, either human or vehicular.
2. You do not disturb anyone nearby, so if someone like K.O.D. thinks it's annoying, they have the right to report. This rule is not applied to Akihabara.

BTW there's another version done by professionals(real professionals). They call themselves The Zombies, and they never show their actual faces because they are guys.

That previous picture: None of the guys are good-looking enough to start with.

Mai looks like a bearded sumo wrestler. Yuri and Lilith looks like my next door aunty and the rest of them look like their originals having diet-issues.

Only the she-Terry can look like she's his sister.
