Hey guys!
Is it possible to shift animations in Fighter Factory? As in, in KFM's .def, I wanna shift the guard and attack animations a bit to the back so that everything is in numerical order.

Assuming you're using FF3, click the two blue arrows icon up in the toolbar up top. That'll bring up the organizer. Then go into the animations and click 'Organize automatically' and you should be good.

Oh, and remember to save, obviously.

^^^ What 087-B said.
If you're not sure which arrows he means, you can do View > Organizer, at the top.
Then on the right panel, you can select groups of animations. If you move them down as a group, they will all move under the number above the last one selected.
So say your moves are listed
180
181
184
183
187
185

and then you hit "Move one position down", it'll reorganize to

180
181
183
185
184
187
