Is been a while i haven't use my Mugen sense 2006 and i want to add a couple of characters (Dcat_Shredder and MVC2 Cell) but somehow it says cns file is not updated, i test them on mugen-1.1b1 and they work perfectly and my Mugen is winmugen is thre any way to fix this?
