Heavy D 94' & Lucky 94' Update

Hello!

I started it 5 years ago, real life goes before. I found some free time, today I give you a playable beta version.

6 buttons gameplay :

A - weak kick
B - strong kick
C - knockdown attack

X - weak punck
Y - strong punch
C - sidestep attack

Three specials, one hyper move. No AI.

I'm a huuuge KOF fan, in fact, it's in my blood literally lol, and props for you on making a KOF 94' character, KOF 94' needs more love.

I am glad to see that release, even more when it looks good like this one.

Afert a very fast test, here is what I would  like to mention:
- You are missing the whole group of sprites 5031, which leads to Heavy D  disappearance against grapplers or when he gets thrown
- Vel X should be set to 0 on landings
- Shortcut sfor AB and CD  commands are great but why do you skip the initial commands?
- In the constants, head.pos seems a bit off, perform a Frankensteiner wih one the Clark Still conversions by OrochiKOF97 to check it

Bugs fix.

Shortcut sfor AB and CD  commands are great but why do you skip the initial commands?
It's because I usually play with six buttons.
And that a lot of KOF conversion are made like that.

I update Heavy D & Lucky Glauber.

-added IA
-short & long jump

Lucky update :
-added IA
-add missing sprites & anims required
-new knockdown attack
-realigned sprites
-minor code update
-short & long jump
-bug corrected in pal number 2
-head.pos corrected
-file sound update
-new desperation move if less than 400 hit points
