This is just absolutely freaking gorgeous. Mad respects to SeanAltly, Kamekaze, and the rest, y'all did an outstanding job, I couldn't ask for a better game.

Thanks man, I will always appreciate your contributions to this series. I may need a new line or two for Ruckus and Zenith, the latter especially if I add The Specialist in later, and the former would depend on if I can get some new lines from the actress who voiced Fray (I feel weird bugging her like 9 years later, for all I know she's famous now like Kira Buckland/Rina-chan).

Hot damn! This is beautiful. From SHADES 1 to SHADES 3 ... holy hell Sean, you sprited these sick bastard, not only once, but more ... They are beautiful, they play very diverse, and they are super fun. You created a mad crazy amazing universe and story from scratch. MAD RESPECT.

And Kamekaze, your coding knows no bound (yet), and you have improved each time, with Shades and with your own content. Amazing dude!

I've been tinkering around with the game, and I love it. The passion, the creativity, and ofcourse, Wizzy if you hear, DOPE MUSIC.
I know I sound like a crazy fan boy, and maybe I am, but so much respect for this creation, it's very well made.


Love the new moves on Thirteen, he was one of my favourite fighters in terms of design in the past, he is much less stiff now too.
Moses new sprites was some of the things I was looking the most forward to and it did not dissapoint, he plays so much smoother now.
Holy hell, you made Voldo's future relative with Exile. Fray has never been as good and/or badass as she is in Shades 3 (may your fantastic friend rest).

I was trying to get the game updated before putting it up anywhere else but my internet was down all day yesterday. I'm at work now and it should be fixed when I get home. I'll update the file and then see about getting it hosted somewhere else. Sorry for the delay :(

Okay, I updated the main link in the first post. All the fixed from the patches have been applied, plus a couple of other things:

-Sound FX added to the game's intro for a more cinematic feel, credit to RagingRowen for adding these
-Added "oomph" to the guard break by including a glass shattering effect, credit to rkMugen & Rikku for the FX and sound
-Added the stage updates made by AVPBoy

I didn't get a chance to update the in-game credits with this stuff but it will be added. I will leave the patch up for anyone who downloaded the game before now (10:07pm , March 25th, 2020), but if you download it after that it is not needed.

Now, about getting this thing hosted. I have no idea how to access my MFG site on here anymore, it's been years and IIRC Zeckle mostly handled it. If someone wants to help me with that, PM me. Otherwise Just No Point said he could host it so I'll look into that.

EDIT: Actually Mediafire allowed the filesize, so here you go. I'll add the link to the first post as well. Thanks to GeorgeMP for letting me know that Mediafire would allow a file this size.

Edit: Sean, something went weird with the select.def, when you finish the first match, you go straight up to the Ending of the game man, i mean, i already edited it, but, i just wanted to let you know that's how the build ended up in your new download link bro.

Been messing around, and I've found a couple bugs.

- Laurel's CSI Miami line is missing the "You have the right to remain" sound clip
- Sabotage's LP Earthquake Test can chain into itself up to 5 times in the corner.
- Sabotage's HP Earthquake Test infinites in the corner. This can be started from mid-screen.
- Moses's HK Ground Floor Shake-up can chain into itself up to 4 times.

And some movelist errors
-Wyldestar: Bottom of special attacks page has flashing hitspark, +++, LPLPLP
-Exile: Distorted Deceiver labelled Up+P (only functions with HP), Blade of Ruin labelled DFDF+P (is DFDF+K)
-Zenith: Sickle Kick labelled Forward+HP (is Forward+HK)
-DGL: Has 2 moves labelled FDF+K
-CiB: Collective Soul labelled DFDF+P (is DFDF+K)
-Fray: Sonic Reducer labelled DFDF+HK (is DBDB+P)
-Ruckus: Manhattan Detroyer labelled LP+LK/Z (is LP+LK/C), Asai DDT not on movelist
-Thirteen: Manslaughter has 2 Rs
-Apollo: Space Invader labelled Forward+K (is Forward+HK), Photon Blast has 2 Ts
-Elle: Evasive Roll out of Deadly Nightshade is nonfunctional, Lilac Angel labelled a Lvl2, Lilac Angel labelled DB+HP (is DB+P)

Did you do those infinites on the AI? I say that cause the combos don't work if you quick rise, you can test this by pressing pause (on keyboard), and setting the opponent to button jam any attack button. Try to do those combos and you'll see they dont work when someone mashes to quick rise.

-Asai happens on its own. It's the moonsault. There's no follow up input on it.
-other stuff fixed
-The Gabriel's Revenge was how it was given to me, i think the voice itself is a carryover from Byrne.

I did do the infinites on the AI. I didn't know about the AI dummy menu so that was a good catch! I did set the button jam to be on. The LP Earthquake Test and HK GFSU combos did not work, but I was still able to get an infinite loop with HP Earthquake Test.
