She's originally a character from a fighter maker game called TDL, which the author is working on. It's also the source game of Kirchhoff who i posted a while ago. Keep an eye out on the author's twitter for updates: https://twitter.com/Grabacr666

Is there a way to play this actual TDL game ? The name is not easy to google
