Alright so i decided to update my unfinished blaze edit because i felt like she needed it real bad.

anyways here's the changelog.

it might have some issues despite being unfinished. but if you wanna edit/update the character,go ahead.

EDIT:the oppenent seems to stuck after its get hit by the slap throw so i updated the link to fix it.

EDIT:the oppenent seems to stuck after its get hit by the slap throw so i updated the link to fix it.

Not fixed for me. When you open Debug with Ctrl+D it reads "Changed to invalid action 13579" if that helps with anything. I know it's an anim she has though.

its probably an issue at the mugen version you're using then.
Or maybe you downloaded the file before I updated it.

i think i found the issue.
the issue is that the player doesn't have the animation number you mention on your post.
i'll try to fix it.

Ok thanks for that. Here's some more notable issues I saw:
- Damage isn't very balanced. For 2 examples, her Medium Punches and Kicks do a Heavy's Damage and her Supers do the same amount of damage each despite the Levels.
- Her Medium Punch can be linked continuously which can be mostly seen in this clip: https://streamable.com/jv29yu
- Her normals could also do with more Knockback and/or Cornerpush.
- Her Slap Throw command is strange when it's 2K (3K for EX), normally it would be a HCB which is what the original CvTW version did.
- Her Level 1 (QCFx2,p)'s FX and such show up during the superpause.
- Her Level 3 (QCBx2,2K) is missing the Run from the original CvTW version.
- She's missing a Power Charge sound.
- She's lacking Run and Dash Wind FX.
Note that some of these issues were in Mark85's version but I fixed them for him and they can be seen in his update if that matters.
Speaking of, it has a Big Port you might use, the close-up 2003-style Portrait is kinda out of place:

-i Never paid any attention to the damage output while i was editing it. ill try to increase it.

-Looks some how fine to me.
-i'll add it back. the original edit made by shinrei (which i used as a base) removed it for some reason...

also about the big portrait, i don't wanna use it because ZS's version already has it, and it will be kinda odd to see 2 versions of blaze having the same portrait tho so yeah, i'm not using that.

With this system, she can do up to a Level 2's damage which I don't consider healthy. You may wanna check her Lights and Mediums aswell.

the S.H into an C.H is more of a personal thing i added, she has can chain that in the original cvtw version but only in punches iirc.
i'll change that however.

That's probably because it was 4 Buttons, and that chaining doesn't really work as well with 6 without making use of Mediums.

I'm really glad to see some interest given to this old gem of CapRock!

I'm not good to code "accurate-to-some-style" characters, but This Blaze have been coded and edited by so many different persons (I think)
That her code is very messy.

I tried 1 month ago do upgrade her and even scheduled to create more animations to replicate what she's missing.
And add some moves from SOR4, her German suplex throw from all SOR games...etc.

But seeing how unstable and messy is her coding, I just gave up.

I think, she should be done from scratch an existing POTS template (Memo ?)
Then add the "stable" moves, then complete her.

I would gladly help with anims if a solid project is scheduled.
-not a private one
-not a "pay wall" or "discord crap one"

I created a "data sheet" of the character plan with drawing of new moves, game system, edits...
If someone want some suggestion. And can work on it, just send me a line.
